I just do stretchings everyday to keep my body flexible. After that, I lift dumbbels to help me gain a little but of muscles. I just do it each and everyday, nothing less, nothing more. It is so effective as my biceps are pretty huge now.

I just walk outdoors daily. I do it because I work at home and I'm indoors all the time so I like to have a reason to go out and get some fresh air when I can and also get some physical activity while I'm at it. I don't jog because I'm not that fond of it and also I just feel like for me walking is good enough as long as I do it for a certain amount of time and I do it regularly. Some days I'm a bit too busy and am not able to go out for a walk but I just make up for it by increasing my duration for the next day.

I actually do exercises that focus on my waist ,I don't have a large waist but I want to improve on the curves .I do exercises like ,bicycle crunches ,crunches ,sit-ups ,planks and sometimes i do squats which has made my butt bigger and am happy about it .I also have to follow a particular diet less carbohydrates.

I focus more on exercises that targets the thigh and stomach part of my body. I want to reduce fats in my body. I'm doing crunches, jumping jacks, sit ups, and so many more. Hope this really help me to achieve my goal!

Another exercise that I do before getting to sleep is deep breathing. I can do this even when already lying down and it clears your mind abd thus facilitates sleeping faster. The technique is for you to come up with 35 deep breathings wherein you take in air for five counts or seconds, hold it for another four, then release it for about 15 to 20 seconds or more. I used my formula prayers as mantras so that it would also be a meaningful exercise, integrating both spirituality and physical well being.

I do basketbal every morning as my exercise because it burn a lot of fats on my body. Aside from it helps me to maintain my healthy body and heart as a whole.

Basketball is really good as you tend to remain on alert everyday after the exercise which is something that is really good as well. I have come to notice that most sports are that good at the end.

I have a simple set of functional exercises that I can easily carve out time for every day. Basically, I just do squat with forwarding kicks, pushups, jumping jacks that also work for multiple muscle groups and get the heart rate up. I also like doing hip bridge because it's easy to do and it just looks so simple but this exercise let the hamstrings and glutes engage and help elongate the hips and of course, a basic plank flips that switch on the encasement muscles of the vital organs and rib cage and should never be left out.”

Sometimes I do miss going to the gym but every morning there are some exercise that I can't skip doing, not for any reason in the world. They are ;

Early morning run
Stretches
Squats
Push ups
Seat ups
Crunches

I am going to a gym and I work out my body three times a week, but when I am exercising my body at home I am doing push-ups, liftings and running.

After drinking 4-5 glasses of , I do some stretching. I work during the day and in the late afternoon I walk. I tried swimming during the weekend but there seems to be a lot preparations when I go for swimming and a bit expensive too. I also did some stationary bicycling in the past but I really don't know why there is much resistance encountered whenever I think of doing some cycling. But the thing is we have to do exercises as art of our daily routine.

I've been targeting my abdominals by doing a lot of crunches, situps, jumping jacks and stretching exercises daily at home if and when I don't have a gym schedule.

I'm a fitness enthusiast so I exercise daily to get my weight down and also maintain a toned body,I gym and use the necessary equipment to work on different part of my body.I do a lot of cardiovascular activities also like running, jogging, swimming, skipping etc.I'm really my routine.

To be honest, I really don't feel like 'exercising'. That's why I do activities I enjoy which can also help me burn fats. Like hiking, biking, dancing, and walking. That way, I don't feel miserable with the idea of 'exercising'.

My usual exercise in the morning before leaving for work, are the basic bending and stretching. I also use the hand grip exercise and the small dumbbell. That short exercise gives me the energy for the day because I feel sluggish when I skip that exercise regimen. During weekends, I ride on my bike and roam around our village for 30 minutes. But that is in the past already. I have an injury on my leg to nurture. A bulge like a mouse appears when my leg is abused so I couldn’t engage even in jogging or long walks.

Well, I walk every single day - I have a dog who needs to exercise and go out so that one is a given. It’s low impact though so it doesn’t really exert me. Other exercise though is probably 3-4 times a week, whether it’s cycling, a mountain hike, or a fitness class or home DVD.

I am not that type of guy who workout in a gym. Doing simple exercise at home are already enough for me. I do push-ups, set ups etc. But jogging are always in my routine. I find jogging more effective to stay fit.

Just push ups before and after sleep and long walk going to work. This is the only thing I can do in my time, and another thing is, I just want to develop my shoulders and chest, I don't care about my belly if I don't have abs, I just want to have wider shoulders and chest.
