Tofu is the best Meat Replacement

According to some of my vegan friends tofu is their substitute for meat but to be able to meet the recommended dietary protein levels, one must eat more tofu. I agree that we can definitely add it to some of our favorite dishes, fried or steamed tofu still taste great. What I love to make with deep fried tofu is sizzling tofu with cream, bell peppers and a dash of cayenne.
 
I like fried tofu but since being healthy is essential to our health, I make used of olive oil when frying a tofu. Before I have prepared fried tofu and red rice with a soysauce and calamansi or lemon. It was very delicious for me. Even if its just a simple meal, it satisfies my stomach. You said that tofu is made up of soybean. Talking about soybean, I really love it aside from tofu, one of my favorite is the soya milk. I substitute meat with a tofu while I substitute full cream milk with soya milk.
 
I do not like tofu as a kid but when I reached high school and learned that it is healthy started eating it. Now, I eat any tofu dishes. I like it fried and mixed in a beansprout. I also like Soya milk.
 
Tofu is delicious when you have all the right flavours with it. I've been a vegetarian all my life and I frequently eat tofu. It's good to see that you're looking at extra ways of getting a protein that would be replacing the meat in a vegetarian diet :) Nice and sensible.

The production of tofu from soy milk is similar to the production of cheese from milk, although some tofu is made by processing non-soy products, such as almonds or black beans.
So it is basically consisted of soy beans.
 
I use tofu instead of any kind of meat for cream-based or white sauce pasta dishes. It works best with the cream-based garlic pasta sauce.
 
I just wanted to share that. I have a lot of tofu as my one meal a day. It gets a bit boring because it is just soy.So I did some research to find out if they are any other types of tofu. Youtube was my best friend for this research. I found a chick pea receipe for tofu. This is so much better than soy beans for tofu. It is easier to make, you just cook it and it forms into tofu in no time. You don't have to ferment it, like you do soy. I find this kind of tofu easier to make at home. I prefer home made tofu.
 
My favorite Tofu dish is called Tofu Sisig, it's tofu bits which was deep-fried mimicking bits of pork cracklings then along with some Japanese mayo, chillies, onions, liverspread, worcestershire sauce and our local lemon squeezed in it, it's very delicious. My favorite goto place for Tofu Sisig in the Philippines is Max's Restaurant which can be seen in all malls.

Sounds very interesting, Tofu Sisig! Yummy! I think so!, I'm going to search for the recipe and ways of how to cook it. I will add it to my meal tomorrow, since I crave for Sisig this past few days. This is the best alternative for me not to violate my diet plan. Thank you for giving me an idea.
 
Soya beans drinks is the most common fluid people take here. Personally, I even know to prepare it and drink at my pleasure.

It's among the liquid I take during my meal eating window. Although I make ones without surgery content for my diabetic grandfather.
