I also experienced cramps. Who does not? I think a lot of people suffer from that. I'm having cramps especially when I go to swimming of jogging without streching. So, I never forgot to do some streching before engaging myself to physical sports. Because cramps hurts like hell.Personally, I used to suffer from cramps a lot but it all started to disappear when I began to engage in a lot of stretching before and after working out.
If you have never suffered from cramps before especially in the calf or thigh, just pray it never happens because it hurts like hell.
