Stomach flu and OMAD

hey guys!

I've been omad for about 4 weeks. 5'7" sw 210 cw 188. my son had a bad stomach flu for the last two days. I noticed today im barely hungry, and skipped my feeding window. I feel "off" but haven't thrown up.

curious for those who have omad long term, when you get stomach flu, do you tend to throw up? since our guts are empty and resting, does the flu effect us the same way? I just seem a little burpy. which is unusual for me, and not hungry at all.

I know the stomach flu has been really bad this year in my area. I don't really think being on the omad diet has effected the way it has been with me. Both times I have gotten this year I have thrown up. In the past when I wasn't on omad, it was this way as well with the flu.

I would be sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. I tend to feel this way if I don't drink enough fluids while being sick on omad.

I rarely get sick, so I am not sure of what the difference would be between getting the flu when doing OMAD or eating several times per day. When I do get sick, I pretty much do not eat anything anyway, and just drink water, grape juice, or hot boullion broth.
It seems to me that the less often you are eating, and the less solid foods, the less likelihood of getting as sick and vomiting.

I don't think it's a good idea to do OMAD on poor health conditions without consulting a doctor first, I might be mistaken though. Hopefully...
