Half cup grated cheese, parmesan works well.
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tomato chopped
1 white onion chopped
1/2 pc Green and Red Bellpepper, diced.
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 red hot chili chopped or 1 tablespoon hotsauce.
Mix everything in a bowl start with whisking the eggs and cheese, mayonnaise and seasonings together, put in all the vegetables and fry in a pan while mixing.
Served topped on bread or crackers.
