Self-discipline and proper work out is the key. I only do running and some push ups every morning. And it works for me.
I like this. I also do some kind of the same light exercise every morning and it has worked out pretty well for the last year and a half.I think consistency is key for every exercise as nothing comes easy just like dieting it needs to be done for a very long period for one to get the desired results..
 
The thing which is very enjoyable about swimming is that it's fun. I get to have fun while swimming and at the same time taking part in a good cardiovascular exercise. The only thing that happens to me right after swimming is that I get so hungry as it takes a toll on me but my liquid consumption helps me to take care of my hunger.
Yea,I have the same experience too after swimming.Hunger pangs set in and sipping my water intermittently helps.So it helps keep me going still my eating window.Yea it fun and for healthy living too.

I walk sometimes, but weather is an important factor in being able to be outside and walk, so it is only when the weather is not too hot, cold, or rainy that walking is possible for me. I swim at the fitness center, which is inside, so I am able to do that anytime that I want to.
I think that as long as a person is doing some kind of exercise that they enjoy, that is the best exercise that we can do, because it is beneficial to both our body and our mind.

Seriously, the kind of harsh weather we experience here on daily basis makes it very difficult to get into taking a walk in day because it's very hot with the way the sun is shining.

You can only be able to take a walk very early in the morning or evening periods. Once it's past 7:00 am, the sun is already hot to walk under.
 
Mine is a HIIT variation. I do as many pull-ups, dips, inverted rows and push-ups as I can in 10 minutes. Gives me a really good burn the next day. I do this 3-4 days a week
Good! I'm gonna try this. I usually do cardio exercises and stretching for ten minutes. I think I have to proceed to harder exercises because my body is getting used to my current routine. Push-ups would really make me sweat and give my body a good burn.

What I would suggest is going to the gym and carry out your workout drills if you have been doing it at home. While at the gym house, you have a gym instructor and lots of exercise tools that would help you get the best out of your workouts.
 
I usually do some early morning jogging (30-45 minutes), it helps me be more energized for the upcoming day. I used to suffer depression and stress issues due to university studies, and it damaged my endurance and breathing capabilities badly. So jogging helps me to recover. Also, back when I had more spare time I used to do Parkour, 4 days a week. Usually after Parkour training sessions I needed time to recover because my muscles were badly injured, but afterwards I felt much more stronger for the upcoming training sessions.
 
I also do gym exercises before. I undergo gym training for almost 2 months, too bad that I transferred to a new place and sad to say that this place doesn't have a gym nearby. I really lose weight when I did training at the gym. At first, it is really difficult that during my first days, I had a hard time walking because of muscle pain. But as days passed by, my body adjusted to the workout and the pain lessened. Working out in gym is really fun but it requires determination to be able to last long doing that workout. Congratulations for being able to reach your day 5 in doing workouts in the gym.
