Thanks for the information. I'm currently looking at way to eat vegan or vegetarian. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'm looking for a way to eat vegetables on OMAD. I'm actually thinking of vegan keto. The worry is how to get moderate amounts of protein when your mostly eating vegetables. This article helps a bit and is a good start but I think that I will definitely have to do my research into this. I know that people who eat vegan loose alot more weight and are healthier.

That's an informative article. I am now considering to take raw food vegan. I love eating vegetable salad and I guess it'll work well with OMAD. Vegetables are very healthy when it comes to our diet as it supplies our body essential nutrients. That is why I keep vegetables as part of my diet.
