@Needforsteve , and I am also looking forward to hearing how your new adventure into OMAD goes ! I don’t have a job any longer, but I have read reports for other people who really like how well having one meal integrates with their work schedule.
Even before I knew about OMAD, I can remember that many times when I was working , I only ate one real meal a day , and I always felt good when I did that.
Of course, back then, I thought that it was not good for me to only eat once a day, so I tried to at least have something besides just the one meal, even if it was not much to eat.
I have found that even when I feel hungry in the morning, once I get to the fitness center and start my daily swimming, the hunger seems to go away, and I feel just as good with nothing to eat, as I did when I was having something before I went.
