OMAD newbie!

Hello all! New member, new to OMAD. I've tried several different "diet" and caloric control strategies, but it seems OMAD may be the best to try next due to how well it will fit into my work schedule. I plan to start monday, 3/11, and I'm looking forward to seeing how this will affect my body and daily performance!

Welcome to the forums @Needforsteve! We are happy to have you here and look forward to reading about your journey!

Welcome to the OMAD forum, @Needforsteve , and I am also looking forward to hearing how your new adventure into OMAD goes ! I don’t have a job any longer, but I have read reports for other people who really like how well having one meal integrates with their work schedule.
Even before I knew about OMAD, I can remember that many times when I was working , I only ate one real meal a day , and I always felt good when I did that.
Of course, back then, I thought that it was not good for me to only eat once a day, so I tried to at least have something besides just the one meal, even if it was not much to eat.
I have found that even when I feel hungry in the morning, once I get to the fitness center and start my daily swimming, the hunger seems to go away, and I feel just as good with nothing to eat, as I did when I was having something before I went.
