Newbie after 4 weeks

Week 4 weight 181.5 lbs down 18.5 pounds overall. All is still the same, rinse and repeat. Just gotta get through lunch. If I have high carb the night before it’s tougher the next day. I THINK the key for me has been no desserts and no alcohol. That kept me on track.
This week, week 5 is the true experiment, on the road with a non-faster. Trying to do 16-8, but it’s still tough. But walking a ton around DC, 10+ miles today. I’m hoping to at least not gain much when I weigh on Sunday. I’ll report then. TES
 
You're on a roll, TES. An 18.5 loss is awesome and I'd love to be able to lose that amount in another month. So I need to take notes from you going forward and eliminate desserts. I'm sure you'll keep up the great work and stay on track.
