My family is my motivation too. i like to keep myself healthy to be with my family longer.
Yes! Living a healthy and long life for my family is what I look forward also. That means enjoying the good times in life like travelling and having time with them.

I get motivated by focusing on positive things and by setting up goals, this strengthens my determination to be the best that I can be. Also by maintaining a fit body, this helps me in strengthening my mind and a strong mind can concentrate better.

There are lots of things that motivates me.Achievement in life and fulfillment are one of the most things that motivates me.

I'm just trying to slim down and have always been discouraged by many other diets since even if I know I could do them for a few weeks or months, none were really the type that I knew I could do for the long term. I may still try to incorporate some of them into OMAD in the future but for now I'm just glad I found this method which I think is something I could do for a long time without feeling like I am sacrificing too much.

I've got mentors virtually in all the things that I have interest to do in life and those mentors has helped me to build my life better. The thing is that I don't want to remain at the stage where I am and I continue pushing myself always.

It sounds silly perhaps, but I just was tired of living my life in the same mediocre way. I always made promises to myself that I'd change "next week" or "next month" or make a resolution to do it in the new year. Then one day I just realized if I kept doing that my whole life I'd never change!

I can easily motivate myself when it comes to other things but I have difficulty when it is about losing weight. Maybe I have been in the frustrated situation because of the failed diets that I have tried before. The ending was always not good and I get discouraged when someone would suggest another kind of diet. OMAD is different and I only learned of it here in this forum that’s why I am careful in indulging so that the success rate will be higher.

Motivating ourselves are not that hard as long as we really wan't to achieve something. Just don't lose hope and also believe in yourself. Motivations from love one's are very important for us to keep going. They are our best motivation provider aside from ourselves.

I motivate myself through my goals. It's hard to keep track of things if you don't believe in yourself. Often we're losing sight of our goals. So what I do is actively remind myself of what I've started and recognize how far I've come. It goes a long way towards improving our self-esteem. :)

Well, the things that motivate me to be the best version of myself, which is to be slimmer is the healthy benefits I'll get after all the hardships. I always look at the mirror and tell myself that I can do better and I can look better. I was almost obese during my childhood and early teenage years and I was very awkward during that time because I didn't had any confidence. However, I realized that I must stand firm and I should do my best to lose weight in order to regain my confidence.

I do that too. Sometimes I feel ashamed because I slack off or lose progress. You can notice it if you're not careful with your routines. So I find that being honest with yourself counts towards your efforts. When you know you've been slow, you can pick up the pace and keep moving forward.

In losing weight my greatest motivation is my physical appearance. I mean being fat or overweight is ugly and it's a disease. I got fat once and weighed 220 lbs from an ideal of 174 lbs and it took me a lot of focus and determination to 40 lbs. I'm now at 179 lbs and im maintaining a weight of 175-180 lbs. Whenever I'm over 180 I start dieting and exercising.

My motivation is my son and my personal welfare and faith. I want to live my life to the fullest from simple things like being able to wear what I want to wear, able to keep up with my son's outdoor activities and quality of life when I get old and retire. I want to still be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor and that will only be possible if I keep myself healthy. Finally, to live long enough to see my grandchildren. There's no guarantee really about this but this is the part that I have to do to make it possible.

Hey guys, what motivates you to make some breakthrough to your life. I motivate myself by changing my mindset and believing myself. What do you do to make yourself confident to make that breakthrough.
Believing in myself is paramount in my life. I do not try to ape anybody. Always i compete with myself. I always set my goals and try to achieve them. Life's problems are challenges that motivate me.

Looks bad and negative but what makes me motivate is thinking all the bad things that my haters has told about me. It may feels pain at first but after that pain I always got back in my mind that they are real and I need to do something to overcome those negatives that they saw in me. In that case, my motivation will rise up and carefully do things to attain my goals.

Hello there, my friend. My primary motivation is my family. I used to be really heavy in mass and asthmatic. I would spend most of my time sick than spend quality time with my family. I used to be bullied and I have low self esteem. One day I just realized that I want to change. Not because I want to get back to those who bullied me but because I am just so tired of being tired. I wanted to do more. I want to have more energy in life. My motivation is to bring out the best in me so I can do more and explore life. I want to travel and see places. Since I get to do intermitent diet then now OMAD diet, and exercise, I was able to do more. Now I want to continue this and always be consistent.

What motivates me is to have a healthy body and continue doing OMAD diet even I reached my target goals. I follow and do the best advice here in OMAD forum to get what my body used to be.
