Lemon Water with Omad?

Lemon water is really good in our body. Do that everyday because it will help you in digestion. I believed that lemon makes the water be alkaline.
 
I've been having it after or during my meals with a teaspoon of apple cider just to be sure. I've been toying with the idea of drinking coffee or green tea or anything other than water during my fasting and although I think it's okay, I just prefer to be on the safe side or even on the more extreme side at least until I achieve my goal and I'm more able to just sustain. I think it's okay though because lots of people do drink lemon water or green tea during fasting and it seems to work for them.
 
With regards to drinking it during your eating window, there is absolutely no reason you shouldn’t drink lemon water. It’s actually said to promote digestion and improve metabolism, so it might help you lose weight in the end.

However, drinking it during your fasting window is going to depend on how pedantic you are with regards to fasting. A quarter cup of lemon juice added to your water means you’re drinking water with 13 added calories now. Now, 13 might not seem like much, but a purist faster would call you out for breaking your fast.

Is it going to make a difference? Probably not. But if you want to be on a pure fast, I’d recommend infusing lemon in water as opposed to juicing it.

I think this is correct. Lemon juice has sugar in it. Infused is better. I take all my lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in one drink within my eating period.. Only water, coffee and green tea during the fast for me.
 
We have lime plants which are always fruiting. My father-in-law had taught me to drink lemon water as a healthy drink instead of plain water. He knew that I had kidney stones and that I had to imbibe more water. With lemon water or lime water, he said that drinking water laced with lemon or lime juice can give my taste buds a respite from the bland taste of pure water. If the lemon or lime juice is not excessive then the water will just have a better taste and will not contribute to the acidity of the stomach.
 
This drink is one of the most popular among people who really want to loose some weight and fats in the body. When I started with OMAD, I always have this drink with me every time I need to hydrate myself and it works perfectly and goes hand in hand with diet. It's healthy and as good as water with just lemony taste. Definitely will suggest this kind of drink to every one who would want to have that flat stomach and of course it is best partnered with exercise.
 
Regular drinking water plus a lemon in it is a good drink that could help you lose weight have vitamin C in your body as well. I have friends and colleagues used to drink this kind of drink and they said it is really effective.

My husband likes lemon. I prefer lime. Lime is more tart or sourer than a lemon. I like that! Does it make much of a difference whether I use lemon or lime in my water?
 
I know that lemon with water are really good for our skin and also a good way to lose weight. But in my opinion having lemon with empty stomach can cause bad injury to our stomach. So I guess it will not be good if you are doing OMAD.
 
I drink water with combination of lemon & cucumber, specially this past few days because I am going through trying to loosen my pound. Which I think this combi help burns fats faster.
 
Lemon, ginger or turmeric, and some fruit drinks are very beneficial to our health. It is also recommended when doing OMAD. I've read that these helps our metabolism.
It helps our body to have good skin and help takes out dead skin cells and dry skin. I don't think it will help us on our metabolism. But if that facts is right then we should add lemon with water in our OMAD diet.
 
Actually, I used to drink lemon infused in water before anything else. It didn't influence my OMAD. Sooner or later I ceased, and doing as such didn't diminish the impacts of during my OMAD. My recommendation is try it both ways watch and record your body's reaction. Do what works for you.
 
Every morning before taking any food, I drink hot water with lemon. It helps to flush out all the toxins in our body from yesterday.
 
I've read that a lot of people who fast that have lemon in their water- in fact, it's recommended by some.

It is what I drink when doing Omad. My doctor advised that it is one of the way that you can control sugar in the body and it has been working to great effects for me as well.
 
After doing OMAD for about 6 months with drinking water with lemon I don't find any complications with me. I think there are no negative with drinking lemonade with OMAD. It will boost your immune system in my opinion.
 
As long as you are the one that prepares your lemon drinks, it's definitely good even though it contains a little amount of calories.

Just avoid buying lemon juice from a convenient store because the ones that are sold there might have been mixed with sugar which ruins your fasting.
