just started omad First week excited about it!

Hello Everyone,

my name is Cas 32 years old.
just started with omad first 5 days have past.

On 23 december i decided to do something about my weight. (105 kg)
I started going to the gym eat healty and do Cryotherapy
and now added omad to my game!

doing alot of fitness (beginners level) 3 to 5 times a week
on an empty stomach now;-) made 2 pictures yesterday.

i just started eating 2.5 tsp a day of good pink sea salt
and since yesterday useing apple cider vingar after or before my meal at 15.00/17.00
and in de morning/evening (with warm water since today)

wondering how it all is going to go!
excited!


my mails are usealy
steak,chicken or fish,
with 4 or 5 good
vegetables tomatos,brocoli,saled,paprika,asparagus,
Cauliflower,Spinach,peas,garlic,,beans,chia seeds, and 2 advocado
and sometimes other green vegetables


today im already 98kg!

i must say i was comming of an very unhealty lifestyle last few years.
and 6 years ago i was 87 kg im 192cm long
 
Welcome to the OMAD forum, @omadcas ! It sounds like you are off to a great start with the OMAD eating plan, and just changing over from unhealthy food to healthy ones is a great thing all in itself.
On the main page of the website, Jimmy has written a blog with great articles about starting an OMAD lifestyle, and some really great ideas for whatever eating style you follow, for low carb, keto, vegetarian, or vegan.
There is also a Facebook group that goes with this forum, and to get to that, you just scroll down the main forum page and you will see the little icons for Facebook, Twitter, etc.
