I think that probably a lot of us are getting back on track again after the holidays; I for sure am doing that. I was happy to discover that even though I ate more of the holiday meal foods, I didn’t eat as much as I normally would have, and actually ended up. Doing OMAD on Christmas, even without trying. We didn’t eat anything until we had our Christmas dinner, and then I was satisfied with one plate.

Now, it is starting to look like we are heading towards spring, and I am motivated to get back on schedule again, and eat more of the lower carb foods.
