How to motivate yourself on the omad diet?

Just keep on going, If ever you feel down and think of quitting. Always remember your goal why you wanted to lose weight. You can eat at the right time, you just have to wait.
 
Majority of us here has a self discipline and motivated to go along way to achieve our goals. Always think this way that hardships comes first, before winning the battle.
 
This really works. Keeping your attention on your objective rather than focusing on your hunger. It will keep you in track . There would be better days, you just have to keep at it.
 
This is really a constant battle for me specially now that I work in a hotel where they provide delicious food. I am starting to gain weight almost every week. I can't seem to stop myself from eating. So, every morning I picture myself really fat and I would then have the motivation to deny eating those yummy foods.
This is a huge temptation my friend and you are such a superstar for being able to survive on Omad each and every day. I find myself salivating from time to time for food that is being eaten by other people when I am in the hotel and as such I do not know whether this would be so great a job for me.
 
For me, the best way to stay motivated is to remember that my dietary choices are for health reasons and not a way to target how my body looks. Yes, losing wait is needed for some people's health but make sure to not call yourself fat or focus on how you looked at a different age. Those actions can cause negative feelings, stress, and mental harm which in turn can lead to you binging and eating too much food. It's really important to stay positive and confident otherwise you could destroy all the progress you have made.
