How often should a person exercise?

I do a 30 min run daily, it's my way of keeping myself healthy. I think it depends on what is suitable for your schedule and your body. Just as long as you a regular exercise i think it's beneficial.
I also do a 30 minute run every weekday morning, so I exercise 5 days out of the week. Right now this is enough time for me to jog about 2 1/5 miles, which results in about 1200 calories burned each week (according to the Nike Run Club app, anyway). But really, it's a great way for me to get up and start my day!

For me, it depends on the capability of your body because not all people could do exercise in 1hr. But for me 30mins is enough for an exercise, especially when you're just starting for a daily routine exercise. But visit a physician first before doing exercise for better results.

Exercise is good to our health but too much exercise has bad effects to our body. I believe 3 t0 4 times a week is enough. Our muscles needs a rest also. The more our muscles rest the more it will gain.

A 20 to 30 minutes a day would be sufficient enough depending on what workout a person plans to do under this type of diet as you only eat one meal a day. One should not be using a lot of energy because of you only eat one meal, but as you go through the diet and maybe you can adjust your exercise in every week that passes whether you can do more exercise if that's what one wants just to loose weight fast, Just don't do an hour work out if you just started this kind of diet.

Yes 30 minutes is a big help for workout. Running or jogging daily is a good practice to loose weight.

I do high intensity resistance training 2 times a week.

Each session lasts 8 to 13 minutes and I go as hard as I can. Kettlebells, squats, pushups, burpees, etc...

I just had workout last night. I worked my shoulder and biceps. It gave me so much pain but it was worth it. I will exercise my chest later at home. My exercises normally lasted for about 1 hour to 2 hours daily.

To maintain current weight, you can exercise three times a week for 30 minutes. But if you want to lose weight, you need to do exercises five times a week for 1 hour.

Depending on how our body adapted usually on how we really exercise all day. But it is adviwavlble to exercise daily for about 1 hour early in the morning

Exercises varies on what exercises to do, how we want our body to look like and what type of body we have and of course the time and effort we put in it. I believe that it is not necessarily to do an hour exercise but if one really can, you may do so as long as you think your body can handle and still has energy left through out the day. More importantly no to overdo because of this diet, one can adjust as you go through.

30 mins a day if you are a beginner. And make it up that you will gain more minuets as you progress in your exercise. Time will come you will not satisfied by 1 hour alone.

I exercise at least thrice every week because I'm on OMAD too so I'm don't stress my self so much with exercises but on the normal day an average person should exercise 2-3 times weekly.

I think it depends on the exercise you’re doing and the intensity. Low impact walking for instance is fine to do every day, but if you were doing heavy weightlifting you’d probably want to incorporate some rest days into your schedule to allow those muscles to recover. It’s all about common sense and balance if you ask me!

I think exercising everyday and not skipping a day is important- you have to be consistent. As per experience, especially during OMAD diet, I noticed that if I skip an exercise day, I tend to get tired easier. For example, I am using the stairs to go up to the 10th floor but whenever I stop doing that, I get tired as early as 4th floor.

I attempt to workout five days per week. I'm into weight training, and had been lifting weights for greater than many years now. Usually, I train half-hour a day, or one hour on the maximum. I warm up with empty rods or low weights earlier than hopping directly to ordinary weight training.

Ultimately, I’d say a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour, depending on the individual. As for how many days per week, a minimum of 3-4 days is the recommended amount, but it’s best if you can exercise six days a week and take one day off to rest.

It’s important to also have a well-balanced exercise routine. Optimally, you’d want to do three days of cardio exercises and three days of strength training exercises, alternating between the two. Both cardio and strength training routines have their own merits, so it’s best to not strictly stick to one or the other.

Hello there!
To answer your question, I think it depends on what is the person trying to achieve. If you're an average person who just wants to stay in shape I think a morning session of 30-45 minutes jogging will hit the spot. That's what I'm doing at least.
