Home gym or go to the gym?

Working out at home is more convenient and money-wise compared to working out in the gym. I prefer working out at home than going to the gym because I can do it in my own convenience. As long as I stay dedicated to my routine I can still lose weight and stay healthy.

I prefer working out in home gym. Why?These are the benefits below:

1. no membership fee
2. you have no distractions unlike in the gym where people might talk to you,and take your time talking to them
3. whatever the weather is you can do your workout when you are at home.
4. no traffic
5.not waste of time
6.you can start your workout anytime
7.you are not hesitant to lift light weight dumbells for the beginners
8. save time and money
I can add on that part on the less wastage of time as it is true for me. I always engage in a morning routine right after I wake up in my house and when I do not have to go for a run I do everything in less than 15 minutes. I have an app to assist me along the way with timing and exercises which always works out great for me.

It depends on schedule. For me, I train at home and that is because I don't really have time to be going to the gym house. However, I think that going to the gym will be a form of commitments which is pretty okay for me, but since I am unable to do it, I have to settle for home training.

Since I get home late, I prefer to have my exercise at home. I bought a steady bike for me to have my cardio exercise at home. I combine it with stretching and abdominal workout. My target is to build muscle on my abdomen, legs and arms. I wanted to have a lean and tone body.

I think it depends on your resources and financial capacity. If you think you can afford to buy gym equipment and install it in your own house, then that would be a very good idea. You got to stay fit without going outside or in the gym. It could also be a family activity. However, if you don't have enough money to buy your necessary equipment to stay fit, then another option is available and that is to go the gym as frequent as possible. You just need to subscribe and enroll to their fitness program by paying a certain amount of money. Regardless of the space or location, what matters the most is your effort to lose weight and live healthy.

You should never be embarrassed for going to the gym! But I guess if you feel like it then you can start working out at home. I see someone has written you the pros and someone the cons, so I won't bother writing them again, they are all true. Now is on to you to decide whether are you going to use that gym membership card or not. I do it at home because I don't have the time to go to gym very often (I would exercise only twice a week)

Personally, I would prefer to exercise at home than on the gym because I am an extrovert. I get easily embarrassed and I am very conscious about how I look and so I guess with all those things in consideration, I would definitely not progress. However, if I were to seek for a professional training, then the Gym is definitely the best place to get one because trainers can help you with choosing the right training especially that our bodies are unique and so does our needs and so consulting an expert could help you to get what you really want without risks.

Some of my friend's encourage me to join them everytime they go to a gym but I refuse them, One of the reason maybe is I prefer to work out inside our house than outside gym because there are no membership fee and you can workout with a quiet sorroundings rather than in a outside gym with a huge crowd. If you can achieve the body you desire just by doing it in your house why you will go outside. It's just a matter of determination and a goal in order for you to achived what you want in your body. But in the end whether you go gym outside or inside your house it's your personal choice, for me i must prefer a home gym.

I'd say home gym.

Why? Well first of all home means comfort. I don't like to have other people staring at me.
Also, you can take breaks and come back to training whenever you want.

However, the main disadvantage for a home gym is the fact that you might lack the necessary gear, but I suppose if you have a lot of space and free cash you can get it.

Regardless of the choice to go to the gym, add a number of the body weight work pictured underneath into your every day routine. In case you cannot make it to the gym, do it at home. I assure, if you do one of the series inside the picture, it's going to motivate you no matter where you are.

I know that I’m over exaggerating things in my own head, but the fact is that I feel super embarrassed at public gyms. I’m a really shy and introverted person, so exercising in public makes me really uncomfortable. I don’t like doing any exercises outside because I’m the type of person who tries to bring as little attention to himself as possible.

I used to have a home gym but moved and couldn’t take the equipment with me, so these days I just do bodyweight exercises at home. I know it won’t get me the same results as a real gym, but I don’t care about being super ripped anyway.

If you are in an OMAD diet, I would recommend you to choose Home gym because it is very convenient on your part. what you need is to buy and invest in equipment. After that, you are good to start a fitness regimen. It is highly recommended to OMAD diet subscribers because you can have flexible time in your fitness time and eating time.

Which do you feel more confident at? Do you prefer a home gym or would you rather go to the gym? I signed up for a gym but I’m more embarrassed to go?

Well, I will definitely prefer to go to a Gym and do my daily exercise rather than doing it in a home gym. Firstly, the amount of machines and weights that you can use at a gym can not be installed at your home. Other than that when you are working out in a gym you will always have the floor instructors who will correct you if you are doing something wrong. Proper form and posture is very important especially when you are doing weight training. Moreover, going to the gym gives you an opportunity to do different types of group exercises and you get a good opportunity to socialise with people.
