Alcohol: No
Drugs: No
Diet: Plant-based

I want to learn more about fasting and find support. I'll check out the other threads, ask questions, and share my experiences.

That's great for you. Its good to know that you have started OMAD already and you are on your 30th day. I have not started yet.

We're lucky you've found this community. Welcome to Omad diet. Anything you want to know is posted here. What I really like since joining the forum is all the answers in all my problems regarding weight lost is here.I hope you feel the same way too. Goodluck to your Omad journey.
 
Congratulations on being on your 30th day. Hoping that you'll get to your goal soon. I could suggest you to drink more water especially early in the morning. This is what I suggest to every person who is new to the forum. Going back, drinking water could help your body flush away toxins from you body and helps you to lose weight. Drink water before intaking anything and every now and then. Goodluck to your journey and just keep motivated.

Welcome to the OMAD Forum, @PoweredByPlants ! I am assuming that your username means that you are on a plant-based eating plan as well as doing the one meal a day for OMAD ?
I am not strictly plant-based, but I do believe that fresh living foods are the healthiest foods that we can eat, especially when prepared by ourself at home so that we know how they have been cooked.
There is a lot of good information on the main website, and that is a good place to start looking for information about this lifestyle.

Also, welcome to the forum to you, @menchuuy58 , and since you are just starting out with intermittent fasting and eating one meal a day, you will especially like reading through all of the information that Jimmy has put on the main page of the website, for people who are just learning about OMAD.
 
I have quit taking alcohol and I don't smoke as well. I believe that since I am eating once a day, I should try to do it in the very possible way which is necessary such as eating nutritious meals always.
