First weekend

So my first Saturday is almost behind me. I found it so much harder being at home all day and not at work. I thought about food a lot more. Found I was hungrier throughout the day for some reason. Around 1:00 I had a cup of broth. That seemed to help some. Made a taco salad for dinner and had a slice of cake for dessert. I have tomorrow off as well. Putting chicken thighs and greens bean in the crockpot first thing in the morning for tomorrow night. Have a day of cleaning and laundry planned for tomorrow so hopefully I will be preoccupied. I haven't told anyone what I am doing. My family pretty much only sees me in the evening for dinner anyhow. I am very anxious for the updated OMAD book to be available.
 
Congrats on making it through the day! Your right about being home all day. I try to get out of the house as much as possible. Especially when I first started the Omad diet. As you said, people can be funny on how they perceive eating one meal a day. Some people I tell and some I don't. It just depends on the person.
 
I had my first day today and am at home all day. I found it easier than I thought it would be. I kept busy. Normally I'm super tired during the day but I cleaned everything and did 4 loads of laundry! I feel like this lifestyle will somehow make me more productive. Looking forward to your progress! Keep updating to inspire more and more to try this diet. Its very effective and costs none! It just depends on pure dedication.
