First week down!!!

So my first week is behind me. I am down 5 pounds! Not the 20 pounds I was expecting ;) But I am happy with this. lol
I didn't really exclude any food groups. Tried not to carb overload.
I had a glass of red wine most nights with my meal.
One plate of food. I didn't go back for seconds. This did cause me to overload a couple of plates. But I found even though I did so I didn't eat it all.
As far as desserts I had cake one night and an apple dipped in peanut butter another night. We aren't much for desserts unless it's the weekend or a special occasion. Before OMAD I was doing the NO S diet and I have found those good habits have stuck with me. So at this point I am pleased but part of me knows that most of the weight loss is water weight. But on the flipside I am also noticing more energy throughout the day, I am enjoying my meals, and I am noticing a slight difference in the mirror. Here's to another successful week.
