Fasting Apps to help track your daily fasts.

I have an app on my phone that I use to track my daily fasting. Since I only eat once a day, but it might vary timewise for several hours, my daily fasting schedule will also show different hours.
The app that I use is called “LIFE” (l-IF-e, for intermittent fasting), and I just start it when I begin my fast and then end it when I have my meal. It shows me how many hours I have been fasting, and how many hours of that are in the fat-burning ketogenic stage.
It also shows me my total times for the whole weeks fasts, as well as the longest times fasted, and lots of other good information.

There are actually quite a few phone apps that will help you track your fasts, you can just browse your App Store and see which one you prefer.

Here is how mine looks when it is tracking, and also how the weekly summary looks.

Can I use the same app for total dry fasts? I am asking because I sometimes like to go dry, but I often forget to keep track of my progress. This has also contributed to my unfaithfulness to a fast. Maybe it is because of the fact that I have not been seeing the immediate results of my schedule. I also wanted to know whether the app is free and available for download on Android phones. I could get some of my friends to download it so that we can conquer "food milestones" together.

All I have is Apple devices, but I would assume that you can get this app for an Android phone. If not, just look in your App Store for fasting trackers, and you should find an assortment of them.
The one that I have was free, and it really helps me to keep track of my fasts. All I have to do is remember to go to the app and start it when I start the fast, and then stop it again when I am going to eat.
Since all it does is track the hours you are fasting, it really would not matter whether you are having water with your fast, or just dry fasting.

I just looked on the website, and it says you can pre-register for the Android app, so all they have right now is the Apple iOS one.
Here is the website for you , and you can read more about this app and get registered for the Android version.

I don't have this fasting app on my cell phone or any similar one, but I think I will download one because I think is very useful, it would help me a lot in the working days.

I'm going to check out this app, thanks for sharing. I found that I've done much better when I tracked my progress because it gave me more of a vision of what I was doing and it gave me more motivation to keep myself disciplined for the next day. I only ever used a calendar and a marker when I first started so I pretty much was just keeping track of the days I was able to complete, so this surely will be better for me because it seems I could see more details about my progress.
