Drinking Ginger for weight loss

I'm not really that much of a believer in the idea that certain ingredients or foods lead to weight loss but then again I'm not really a professional. The only food product that has convinced me enough is apple cider vinegar but I suppose ginger wouldn't hurt either although I honestly would mostly just drink it for the vitamins and minerals and won't expect much effect on weight loss. I think looking at it that way is a bit more practical.
 
Ginger is miracle plants for all I know. It could treat lots of illness. I used to like a ginger tea every morning. Its good for proper digestion as well.

You are absolutely correct with that assertion on ginger being so medicinal and good especially when it comes to one's digestive system. They are very efficient and helpful for such tasks and one funny thing is that they are very cheap to afford.

Both apple cider vinegar and ginger are very good for the task of keeping one healthy and also aid in weight loss depending on how you use them. I have personally made use of both of these commodity and they were very good for the job.
 
Ginger is very medicinal and from research it has been asserted that it is packed up with nutrients that can help us lose weight and detox the system I think chewing it raw can still give the same benefit like drinking it.

Exactly! When it comes to helping the human body system to engage in full detox, gingers and garlic are very strong combinations that will do the job efficiently and effectively. It's not that ginger alone can't do it but with the two, you are guaranteed better results than using just one.
 
Ginger is a great detox food too especially if mixed with lemon juice and you have a ginger lemon combination. Basically a root crop ginger has been found to be more a medicinal food than other things in the past especially in asian countries.

My boyfriend drinks ginger as his morning tea and I can really tell how it helps his digestion. Coupled with other weight loss activities like exercise and right diet, this will be effective for weight loss.
 
I haven't tried this before and I'm a bit curious about it. I like eating ginger when it is cooked in a porridge. My grandma used to tell me that eating ginger could help your voice to become clear and beautiful in singing. I have heard about this before but haven't tried it because I'm kinda scared of it is spicy or what. I hate eating spicy foods.

Yeah its true,apple cider has been known for a great beneficial in our body. Ginger gives same thing also. Too much use of apple cider I think may lead to bad result. Use it moderately only.
 
I have tried tea with turmeric and it really works for my digestion. It has a lot of health benefits aside from that like being an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It has been also used for its medicinal properties for a thousand years. Consuming ginger especially turmeric will increase weight loss plus the immune system will boost.

I hear that turmeric powder is also good in digestion and effective for weight loss. Cinnamon also did the same to our body. I remember when I was Dubai, my friend prepared me drink. It was a mix of cinnamon,lemon juice,water, raw honey and mint. It was very good and tasty. She told me that it was good in digestion and part of her diet.

I used to have that also. I take this every morning. I actually invented something. I added a juice of cucumber to ginger tea with raw honey and it was very effective in weight loss.

Yes, turmeric is great for digestion. My best friend also uses turmeric powder as a face mask and it can give her a smooth and poreless skin. For cinnamon, I haven't tried it with any of my drinks yet. But, I love to sprinkle it on my oatmeal. Oats and cinnamon complement each other.

I love the taste of cinnamon. I have no idea how it taste that turmeric powder if you eat as raw. I have tasted it added to chicken curry. It is good to know that right in our households especially in the kitchen that there are things that might help us for weight loss. Less waste of money and time at the same time.
 
Well ginger has a lot of benefits but I am not sure if it helps you lose weight but since you said it, I believe it can lose weight. Drinking ginger is best feeling for me especially if its filled with hot water. My mother use ginger everyday so it's minimal for her to get sick especially sore throat and cough.
