Can you train a lot on this diet?

I guess it depends on what kind of OMAD you have. The one I had didn't allow me to train a lot. Just to keep my endurance, as I was eating salads only and then jogging.

Just eating salads seems more like a severe calorie restriction diet than a regular OMAD, where you eat an actual meal each day. Some days , my meal is a large salad, but when i do that, it also has plenty of protein items and not just greens. I usually add several kinds of veggies, plus cheese, red beans, green peas, and maybe some fish or chicken; so it is a full meal in a salad.
I am almost 75, and I exercise every day, and usually swim for an hour before I have my OMAD meal, because it is supposed to be the best when you exercise at the end of your fasting time.

You can work out while on OMAD just make sure to monitor how you feel and your calorie intake, you don't want to risk hurting yourself. Also, when you do eat, make sure to drink plenty of coconut water so you recover all your electrolytes and nutrients. Watching the weather is another impotant factor, if you exercise when it's too hot (anything over 80) you can run the risk of losing too many nutrients and needing to break your fast to drink something with electrolytes or eat a snack. While you could feasibly ignore this and continue to fast, you then run the risk of passing out (I know this from the experience of playing collegiate sports).

I do about an hour workout a day. Usually some light jogging, swimming, and some weight training mixed in every other day for another 30 min or so.

You can totally do training while on the omad diet, just make sure you're able to hand what fitness you plan to do. It's no problem for me, as I'm used to eating once a day anyway.
