Which technically implies this person should eat only one meal a day. According to this blogger, growth hormone is at it's highest in a person's body when they are in a fasted state.
You train and exercise at this time (after the 24 hour fast) for as long as you as you want. After it, you have your high protein meal. Repeat this several times and you'll see a huge difference.
