I think that I might be one of the greatest lovers of coffee on board this platform although it is a tittle that I have seen we can share with several of you my friends. I appreciate the post as it shows the benefits that I reap from coffee and it does not focus on negativities that people are so fond of. I take coffee daily in the morning like a prescription and sometimes during the day.

I'm not into coffee. I prefer to drink green tea or any types of tea. But I admit coffee is beneficial to the health as long as the intake is properly controlled. The caffeine in coffee is a much more stronger than the caffeine in tea. 1-2 cups a day is moderate.

I am trying to incorporate coffee to the meal plan that I take everyday and I think that it is not going the way that I want. However, with the benefits that you listed on taking coffee, I think that I should be taking that decision to start taking more of coffee now.

I know coffee has a lot of wonders that can help our body. But still I can't drink coffee. I can take some sip but to drink a cup, no. I also can't understand why, but I really don't like the aroma and bitter taste.

I went back to drinking a cup a day to improve gallbladder emptying which I have problems with after trying water fasting a few times and wrecking that organ. The internet is full of half-truths, so your best bet is to be very conservative about changes. I buy a light roast since I read that's healthier.

I always drink coffee whenever I need to shake up myself and feel more energetic. Obviously, coffee with milk doesn't work at all, only strong dark coffee. Though sometimes it made my stomach crumble.

Both my parents drink coffee in the morning and my mother said that it helps her to have regular bowels and boost her energy. She also added that coffee's smell and taste awakes her and improve her mood.

I remember I tried drinking coffee during my senior years and my skin cleared because it helped me with my constipation that I was able to remove the toxins inside my body. I just stopped drinking coffee because it made my anxiety and panic attacks worst maybe because of the caffeine.
