Anyone here do extended fasting?

I tried it just to see what it can make my body but I stop it as soon as I started. I feel too much weakening and I think I can't do it anymore. My health is what I prioritize that is why I stop it. It looks bad for me.

I utilize a great deal of coffee or tea not only water as it were. The craving in a broadened quick is inconsequential, it's simply impermanent ghrelin that you can legitimize away. The critical step about fasting is the absence of something to anticipate in the day. I am excessively subject to outside incitement. I'm beginning one today around evening time, so early in the day I'm going to wake up and simply lie there and gaze for some time and consider for what reason to get up. It'll most likely be important to do this once every week for some time with the end goal to revamp my mind and take a few to get back some composure on it.

Right now, I'm on the 3rd day this week of my diet. Last week, I only made it by 4 days. Hoping this week, I could get into 5 days. I am taking it slowly so that my body could cope up with the changes. I usually drink water to make myself don't feel hungry and keeping myself busy so that I won't think of eating. Hoping that I could make it.

To be honest, I can not do extended fasting as I am not too strong mentally to cope with it. The type of work that I do, which is teaching, requires me to always eat at least once a day and I shouldn't be stressing my mind with some extended fasting. I'm happy that it's working for you!
