Don't know if anyone else is having this issue but being a diabetic for years sugars were way out of control then going to OMAD is quite a lifestyle change since my weight was a big deal and my eating habbits were almost impossible to change which they did and I have reversed my diabetes I find myself wanting to go back to my old eating habits. I was strictly eating a salad with grilled chicken once a day and still am but now I have mixed it up occasionally eating a triple meat meal or grilled chicken burger one week then maybe a salad buffett with soup to chinese food like grilled chicken with a salad on the side while still eating once a day. I am still losing weight but does anyone know or have you all done this? I know the triple meat and fries are bad but I think its harder to go back to eating a salad once a day and its getting harder for me to revert back to a salad, a good pig out is allowed once in awhile but I'm afraid if I do that I will simply go back to my old habbits... What do you all recommend???
