i'm finding that i need to count
my calories or at least estimate
but i can only eat 2 cups of anything
at one time
so with the caloric needs for my age
its 1600 sedentary activity level
what foods are 600-800 a cup?
my search is coming up with recipe
servings or whole days of 3 meals
i need the 2 cups in my one meal
and to equal 600-800 calories each
can anyone help?
