    Drinking lemonade only

I don't know about weight loss. But I like drinking lemonade. Though, you might be better off drinking plain water if you plan on drinking this frequently. It can somewhat make you thirsty if you drink a lot of it. I found out the hard way and ended up drinking more than 1 liter of water in less...

    Vitamin E Supplements

Vitamin E helps with keeping our skin looking young. I've found it helpful for preventing premature aging. It lessens the effects of stress and daily living. I know a friend who has used it for more than five years. I can say it definitely kept her looking vibrant. She still looks like she's in...

    exercising more how?

I agree. I've also tried exercising more like that. But it didn't end well. I felt mildly uncomfortable after pushing myself. So it's important to listen to your body. Don't do something just because you feel like you have to. Plan your exercise routines right. Hunger will eventually go away...

What is your must drink Vitamin or Mineral Supplement on Omad?

I probably need Vitamin C. It's important for me since I don't get enough of it with the usual foods I eat. I'm not really a fan of citrus fruits. So it helps a lot with that. I take it every day.

Jumping rope every day plus OMAD diet

I think it's effective. But it's not easy for everyone. I kind of struggle with jumping ropes. I'd much rather do sit-ups since I can't seem to follow a proper rhythm while skipping. I've watched tutorials where they do sessions like five minutes of continuous jumping. I tried that and found it...

    Swimming is best exercise

I'm not much of a swimmer. I have some friends who find it relaxing. They mostly do it for leisure purposes like hanging out in private pools. I don't have a swimming pool in our area. So even if I wanted to, I can't just swim whenever I want. But I can see how strokes can help with exercising...

What do you drink or take after training?

It depends. I find moderately cold water refreshing. I probably drink like three glasses after each training session. It helps recover the lost electrolytes during my sessions. I wait for a few minutes before drinking so that I won't feel nauseous.

    Best time to workout

I mostly workout just after waking up. I need to stretch my body and loosen the tightness from sleeping. I guess it depends on each individual. I prefer early routines because it's easier for me to maintain daily.

    Rice Substitute

That sounds amazing. I'm not sure if I can eat corn. It's somewhat hard for me to digest. I don't know why but corn takes a long time for me to digest. But I'll surely try the butter. I haven't tried that with cauliflower.

Choosing a healthy oil for your diet.

I use olive oil for salads. It's a great way of blending them together. Fresh vegetables just taste so good with it. Though, I don't put a lot of it. Just the right amount will do. My family likes using olive oil in general. They much prefer it to other oils.

    My OMAD journey

I've had a similar experience. At first, I had to eat a bit more to make it through the day. But after a few weeks, it got easier since I've lost the habit of over eating. It wasn't easy. There was always the temptation of binge eating with frequently displayed foods. But I persevered and succeeded.

One Month on OMAD: Results and What I Learned.

Wow! That's great. I remember my first month as well. It wasn't easy. But what motivated me was the improvement of my health. I felt so much better since I was constantly eating stuff. I think it's normal to not see immediate weight loss. It comes naturally after more than a month of OMAD.

OMAD is not about what foods you eat, it is about the timing of eating.

I've had a nice experience with my OMAD. I was able to crave less until I got over unhealthy eating patterns. Like binge eating and over eating. I feel a lot better now and more in control. My preferred eating time is early morning to afternoon. I like to sleep with an empty stomach. Just plain...

    Rice Substitute

I like cauliflower. It tastes nice when used with sweet seasoning and blend of spices. I haven't tried using it as a rice substitute. But I'm okay with the idea of it. Maybe I'll try it soon. I've mostly had it in mixed vegetable dishes.

one meal a day and being a diabetic

I agree. It will be difficult for diabetics to have OMAD. Even for non-diabetics it's kind of challenging. Diabetics have to watch what they eat and avoid possible complications. Restrictive diets makes it a lot harder for them to keep at what works for them. So maybe there are more suitable...
