    Maybe you should just eat more. Foods rich in protein, fat, and fiber will make you satiated for more time too. Drink water, avoid coffee and chewing gum.

    When I improvise some training at home I like to do pistol squats or lunges for lower body. But if its hard to do pistol squats you can do bodyweight squats until you get stronger.

    I do it more for performance, but I want to get a fit body too. Your brother should go to a doctor. It's normal when you stop the exercises and then you come back you lose strength, but I guess you're not talking about this kind of weakness. He needs to treat this pain too
