I did not lose weight hence I am gaining some major weight. I started stress eating when I started working in my current company. I usually ate a lot after a very stressful day and it is the only thing that makes me happy so I am just could not stop eating.
I am also a person that is sleepy after eating a meal. I am very sleepy when I ate a lot or when I am bloated but I believe that sleeping or just sitting is not good for our body after eating a meal. I believe that we should stand after we ate to at least burn the food we ate.
Unhelthiest food would be the fat of a pork. It can blocked your veins if you eat too much fat. The flow of your blood will stop that will lead you to death.
I think it depends on the body of a person. Some person gain weight when they sleep late. Some person lose weight when they sleep late. It really depends on the person. Personally, I am losing weight when I sleep late while my girlfriend gain weight when she sleep late.
I just stretch, exercise, push-ups, sit-ups, and squat. That is my daily routine. I am doing that for at least two month now. It is very effective for me because I feel more confident in my body right now. I think I gain some more muscles too.
Personally, I do workout early in the morning. I always woke up early to just do my thing. Before going to work, I need to warm up and exercise. That is my way to keep my energy up in the day.
I am a person who is busy all the time so I don't have the time to go to a gym. I prefer exercising at my home. I prefer doing push-ups and sit-ups at home than lifting weights. It seems to be effective on my body as I am having some muscles.
I see yoga as a way to meditate. I see it as a way to relax my mind from everything. I see it as a way to clear my mind from all the problems I am facing.
I really don't believe in fat loss products. I think exercise is the best key in losing weight. I think fat loss products are not effective if you are not pushing yourself to be disciplined.
