Apple Cider Vinegar on the omad diet

ACV has so many benefits!! I never knew about all those hair, skin and nails benefits though, so that's good information. Is it just applied topically to acne? I'm curious now to try it if I have a break out!

I'm curious about Apple Cider Vinegar, how do I actually use it / drink it ?

I know that people are saying that it has a lot of health benefits but I really dont know how to properly use it.

We are using Apple cider at home. My mom loves it. She's adding it in here salad everyday. Maybe that's why my mom really look younger than her age. I know that Apple cider has a lot of benefits but I didn't know that it can help also in OMAD. I actually hate this vinegar but since I know this now. I will try do add it in my salads. Thank you for a very informative article.

ACV was introduced to me by my brother several years back and I can still remember the brand name. My initial impression is that it was really such a raw thing and truth be told didn't actually smell like apples like an apple cider drink. I was told it was healthy and I tried tasting it, and it was real sour. I only bought a bottle or two but eventually stopped doing so because I was taking my VCO. Just a some words of caution re ACV, its acid can wear off the enamel of your teeth and make it brittle. So it's best to mix it with salads or water than taking it raw.

Searched the forum because I was curious about this topic since I was looking to include Apple Cider Vinegar into my diet and routine. Reading this article posted cleared up some things for me. so thanks. Also, I'm glad that I have the right brand of apple cider vinegar here so I don't even have to buy a new brand. I didn't know there were a lot of things to look out for when choosing a type and luckily I have the particular brand and type that was recommended. Will be trying to incorporate this into my diet in the next few days and weeks and hope it does make a difference.

Apple cider vinegar is effective for hunger suppression. I have a friend, for instance, who used this every morning with an empty stomach and surprisingly she reduced her food consumption as well as improve her skin complexion. She drank it using a straw since it can destroy your tooth enamel.

ACV is a staple item that we have in the kitchen together with honey. The brand that we have is Braggs. I mix it with honey and drink 2 tbsp to improve my health. I've known ACV for its lots of benefits but it's the first time I heard that it aids weight loss. It's good I have been taking it although I am unaware of this benefit.

I've been using Bragg Organic Apple Cider. I bought my first bottle when I was still living in Singapore. At first, I didn't know which one would I buy but a good friend of mine recommended this. She said it's the best in the market and a lot of people are using this to lose weight. Based on my research, the best time to drink this is in the evening or before sleeping, especially for people with high blood sugar level problems. My family also likes this brand but they only use this as a dipping sauce. I honestly don't like the smell so I have to pinch my nose as I choke down my warm water with ACV.

Same here :) My first two weeks of trying out ACV was not really easy. I had to deal with the smell and taste. Later on, I got used to it.

My friend suffered from a terrible cough and sore throat last month, so I suggested for her to try ACV. She was hesitant at first because of the smell and taste but eventually tried it. According to her, her condition improved after a few days.

Yes! Your article is interesting to read. It really has a lot of benefits from skin, hair and nails. Not only for this but it helps you to loss weight. I knew it already that Apple Cider has a lot of benefits especially in our body. I was using Bragg ACV before and it helped me to reduce itchiness from my scalp as I do have a lot of dandruff before because of stress. I also used this to flash out my toxins from eating since I am constipated at that time. Just to motivate some of you, I also know someone who lose weight because of apple cider and it's kinda shocking because that girl was kind of obese but now, she's totally like a different person.

I have read the full content of your blog regarding the Apple cider in Omad diet. This is very informative and educational. I honestly have no idea before how important it was. I used to drink it with warm water and I could say that it was effective for me. There were times that I stopped drinking it because I feel like lazy to grab and make it. Your blog about woke my mind to start using it again and with no absence at all.

I always use the Braggs apple cider vinegar along with some pink himalayan sea salt and virgin olive oil as the dressing for my salads, and for me, that is the easiest way to have some every day.
Today, I found an electrolyte drink recipe that is made with ACV as the main ingredient.
It has 2 Tbsp ACV, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, dab of pink sea salt, and some stevia if you want to sweeten it. They recommended using either a shaker bottle or a blender cup, so I put all of this in the little Ninja blender with a full cup of cold water, and then blended it really well.
After it was blended, I poured it over a large glass of ice, and I am now drinking it.

So...... how dies it taste ? Well, kind of strange , to be truthful; but not really unpleasant, and since it is supposed to help with suppressing hunger as well as providing electrolytes, I think that it is probably something that I can learn to drink.
I think that it might be the salt that gives it the odd flavor. Maybe I will try less salt next time I make it and see how that goes.

My husband has problems with acid reflux. Someone suggested he try ACV. He bought the bottle and it's just sitting there. He can't wrap his head around the idea that vinegar could be good to treat acid reflux. Anyway! Since it's there I might as well use it. I saw an ad that says ACV can help eliminate belly fat. Yeah. They say ACV can do wonders! :)

I am fine with a little ACV mixed with water, either hot or cold, and if it is not when I am fasting, then a little added honey is fine, too. I usually take about a spoonful that is half and half of each.
Jimmy has a whole article on the main website about ACV, and how important it is to get the pure unfiltered brands, like Braggs. There are several other brands that have the raw vinegar with the mother, and we usually get ours at Sam’s club. The link is at the top of this thread, and it explains all of the different ways that ACV can help promote heart health, and help us lose weight.

From what I have read, it is possible that the acid reflux is from too little acid being produced in the stomach, and not that he has too much. If you research this online, it might help explain to your husband how the vinegar can help him.

We add Apple Cider Vinegar into our daily meal almost always, first of all because it's delicious, and secondly, it was recommended to me by a doctor because I have cardio problems, and he confirmed that it's super effective in that regard.

ACV is really amazing, I've used it before. I drink one tbsp. a day. I mix it with one glass of warm water. I also used it as a natural toner. It is really good for the skin. It is also a very good cleaner at home.
