Best time to workout

It is best to workout and exercise before eating your meal or your eating window. This would allow your depleted body to energize itself and to be replenish with vital nutrients.

If you are a busybody, the exercise can be done anytime during the day: deep breathing, brisk walking, climbing a flight of stairs, are simple exercises that can be done in the course of our waking/working time and do not entail much preparation.

I used to always have a light snack, such as yogurt and some toast, before doing my morning workout routine. I did this because I was under the impression that without the extra calories, my body wouldn't have the energy to optimally perform my workout.

Then one day I tried exercising on an empty stomach, and I honestly didn't feel a difference. In fact, it actually felt better because working out after having a snack would actually give me really bad heartburn, especially with exercises such as push-ups.

I also read that it's good to work out on an empty stomach because your body burns calories directly from your fat reserves and not food that you've eaten.

I love to workout early in the morning. I read years ago that the best time to workout is mostly in the mornings where nothing has been eaten,so that energy expended during the workout will be from stored fat and not from food just eaten.

Running in the morning is a great way to start the day. Before going out I make sure I eat a fruit and drink some juice or water lightly so that I could have enough energy to run around the entire village and go home to continue my work out routine. During OMAD I tend to exercise before I eat and I only do simple exercises.

I do work out every morning after having a cup of tea. I'm quite a busy person during weekdays so I do it every morning before going to my schedule. Then, I go to gym every weekend if Im not busy.

Well, for me just before and after sleep, but just a simple push ups. I can't do any hard work out right now and don't have time, but long walk going to work helps me a lot to develop my cardio.

It is not necessary to work out at all while you are keeping the OMAD diet, but if you like you can make some exercises in the morning, or you can jog, this will give you energy for the whole day.

I agree with you on the need to us to work out first before eating as that is the only way that we could remain strong and fit to carry out activities of each day. There are time that it is necessary for you to do some difficult task and if you are not strong enough, it will be a big issue.

Yeah, doing heavy work out which you are on Omad can be contradictory to the result that you are looking to achieve. The thing is that you get to that point where you won't be losing more weight, if you decide to exercise in such manner. So, I agree with you that a little fitness drill is okay.

I love working out early in the morning. Stretching out my body is very good for me in the morning. The reason I sleep early in the evening because I always workout when I woke up. That is my daily routine.

The best time to workout is early in the morning. Before eating your breakfast, you can stretch for your body to not be stiff. I admit that I don't stretch enough so my body is a bit in cramps every time I flex.

When I was riding my bike, it is customary for me to wake up before sunrise and be on the road while the sun starts to show up. That is the best time for an exercise because the weather is cool even during summer. Regarding the meal it just fine to do the workout before eating so that your appetite will be deadened somehow. When you exercise after having your meal, the food will be burned faster and you will easily get hungry.

Excising before meal is more advisable to avoid those complication. The reason is that workout after eating prevents our digestive system from properly absorbing nutrients that you get from eating. Especially on a full stomach because there is a higher risk of stomach upset. I know someone who always move around after eating then one day it is said that it's other kidney have burs ted. Mostly I exercise in the morning after waking up and I always feel good.

I think it depends on your schedule. Normally I like to work out in the morning, because I find that if I do this I can't make any excuses during the day. However since going on OMAD I have stopped doing this because I find that I get hungry after a workout and I still have a ways to go before eating. So I work out after 5.00pm then I have a little snack, when I get home I have my meal. This schedule is harder and I have to constantly push myself, especially when I'm going to the gym but it works for me.

We have the same timeline in doing exercise. I do my exercise before my One meal for the day. OMAD is really the best diet plan for me. This is the only diet plan that suites me well. Usually when I do other diet, I would only last for a few months. I always feel frustrated. I do not also see much improvement in my wellness. I usually feel tire and not able to exercise. Then I will eventually give up. But in OMAD diet, I am able to do both. How come in other diet plan, I can barely exercise. If I do, I can really feel the exhaustion. But in OMAD diet, I am more energize and I can do more. OMAD diet is really nice.

I mostly workout just after waking up. I need to stretch my body and loosen the tightness from sleeping. I guess it depends on each individual. I prefer early routines because it's easier for me to maintain daily.

I think it's because you feel lighter being without food for almost a day and it causes you to feel lighter and look trimmer. This feeling might be the cause of your motivation. Also since you've not eaten then the body functions are on relax and healing more while converting fats to energy and this also gives you an energy boost.

According to the blog on the main page of the website, the best time to work out or do whatever exercise that you like to do, is at the very end of your fast, and you will actually burn up to 20% more fat calories when you exercise at that time than you will do at any other time.
It is definitey worth looking at your workout schedule and getting it coordinated with your fasting schedule, so that you can take advantage of the end-of-fast fat burning.
