Didnt realise how much an ass friends/partners/family could be.

Iv had friends and family tell me time to time I should look after my health. Anytime I diet and I don't drink or eat a desert or chip in for a pizza, they look at me strange and say things like "I know your on a diet but you can have a treat now and then" trouble is when people are telling you that constantly it's a pain in the ass so I have been told I have turned into an asshole because my replies are just things like "no I don't want it" or "I don't care I'm not drinking/eating out ect."

I find the more I do well the more people try and throw objects in my way. I started Omad 6 days ago and already feeling benefits so I'm cutting away from people for 3 months to (hopefully show results). I'm Male , 41 loves beer like the pope loves god)
 
I understand you well. When you do agree to break the diet and eat treats, these people will be the first to condemn you for breaking loose.
I should also stop talking to my family and friends while I'm on a diet, that will definitely help.
