Quick 15-30 minute workouts

Hey ya'll, I'm going to do some more working out, but I am going to switch it up a bit. Instead of the usual 30-60 min workout, I want to do micro workouts. Like a 15 min workout here, and then another 15 min workout an hour or two later. I figure doing small workouts throughout the day may help me lose even more weight. What do you guys think?

Do you guys have any suggestions for quick workouts?

Give it a try, it might work out for you. I personally like the idea, but it's something that wouldn't work for me because of my current job.

But if you have the time, it should work fine. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

If it equals out to about an hour a day, then I think it would work fine. I know people who do micro workouts during the day. Works for them, could work for you.

I've been doing micro workouts all weekend. So far it is working for me. I feel more energetic and more relaxed doing smaller workouts. I've been doing 15 min workouts spaced out between 4-5 times a day.

That's great news! Glad you're getting used to a new routine. I don't have the time in the day to split up my workouts, but for those who can, it could be very beneficial to you.

I personally like working out for an hour, but splitting it in two may help me even. Maybe 30 min in the morning and 30 min after work.

I'm kind of tempted to try it out myself as well. Been working a lot lately and haven't had the time to really get into workouts this week.

A lot of people do micro or shorted workouts because their schedule can't accommodate anything longer.

When I was in college and had a temp job, I had very little time for fitness. But I found that jogging to class from my dorm was a great way to get some kind of workout in.

Essentially, you gotta do what ya gotta do. :)
