For me, OMAD is a form of intermittent fasting, and a way of life for me now, but like anything else in life, so days go differently than other days do.
We go to the fitness center , and try to do that every day also; but some days something comes up that makes this impossible, and then we just do whatever we can for exercise that day.
Even if I don’t do it every single day, each day that I am able to exercise and fast at lest a good part of the day , is bettter than if I was not doing that; so each reason has to design their way of eating for what fits their lifestyle .
There are a lot of different ways of intermittent fasting, and OMAD is just one of them, and many people mix things up in how they fast, and some skip eating for days altogether, or have days when they don’t fast at all.
It is our choice and just experiment and see what works for you and then do that.
