During the heyday of her celebrity on “Jersey Shore,” Snookie weighed much more than her currently slim physique would indicate.
Her weight loss is, she claims, due to her dedication to the omad diet.
She changed up her lifestyle in 2010 to get back into shape, especially cutting back on her addiction to alcohol.
“If I go out I am going to have a drink, but I am not going to have 10 drinks like I usually would.”
During the peak years of her success on “Jersey Shore,” Snookie was typically going out every night with her friends and drinking heavily.
These days, she has cut her diet down to just one meal a day.
And unless she goes out, she has no alcohol at all.
This approach has not only helped her slim down and look healthier but has also kept her from spending too much money on food and alcohol.
She has not revealed the contents of the food on her omad diet, but they seem to be working for her.
2. Herschel WalkerHerschel Walker is a former pro football player that spent twelve seasons playing in the National Football League before he retired in 1997.
Walker also won the Heisman Trophy award in 1982 while playing at the University of Georgia.
These days, Walker has become well known for his rigorous training schedule and eating one meal a day.
He also talks about how he has been eating one meal a day for over 20 years.

In a recent interview by the Atlanta Journal Consitution, Walker stated that he eats lots of bread and veggies. He also mentioned that he quit eating red meat around twenty years ago.
Walker also mentioned that his way of eating and training was influenced by his family whom he said lived to have very long lives.
3. Channing TatumChanning Tatum is one of the most successful actors in Hollywood, particularly after his star-making turn in “Magic Mike.”
Tatum’s success relies heavily on not just his acting career but his physique, which makes him a model for millions.
Much of this success is focused heavily on his omad diet, which he started to implement around the time he began to get big Hollywood gigs.
For a few years, Tatum survived mostly on Checkers hamburgers, eating the No. 1 hamburger every day and nothing else.
These days, he has expanded his meal window to include a variety of much healthier foods, items that help him stay in shape and look great for his fans.

Though it is unclear if Shields follows this routine when she is not working, she has discussed it multiple times on different formats, so it is likely that she follows some tenets of it during her off time and periods when she isn’t working so heavily.

Kohei Uchimura is a Japanese gymnast who is a 7-time Olympic medalist.
He is considered by many in the sport to be the greatest gymnast of all time.
He is best known for being the very first gymnast to win every title in the entire Olympic cycle. He also accomplished this twice.
In a recent interview on a Japanese television station, Uchimura was asked to share the secret to his success.
His secret his says:
He only eats one meal a day after his 2 workouts. Uchimura also mentions that he only drinks coffee until his meal later in the evening.
Uchimura has a rationale for only eating one meal a day:
“In gymnastics, you spin around a lot, right? So I get sick…Even to move around a little but I like to be empty…When I’m empty, I feel like it’s easy to move and I’m in a good state.”

6. Hugh HefnerHugh Hefner was an American magazine publisher and life-stylist.
He was the editor in chief and founder of Playboy magazine.
After he passed away at 91, Hefner was remembered for his empire as well as his larger than life personality.
The famous playboy founder may have taken many people out to dinner, but many also say he would only eat one meal a day.
That meal would be a lamb chop and baked potato on most days according to many.
It was rumored that he ate his one meal a day between midnight and 5am.
7. Corey FeldmanCorey Feldman is well known American Actor and Singer.
At one point in his life, Corey Feldman was one of the biggest child stars in the world.
These days, Feldman spends most of his time on tours with his rock band.
The rumors that Corey ate just one meal a day was exposed by one of his former bandmates.
She stated in an interview that Corey ate just once a day but didn’t go into details surrounding his particular food choices.
And since Feldman has never discussed this diet openly, this rumor has yet to be confirmed.

“I try to eat whole grain, energy-fueled carbohydrates,” she said, “I also increase my portion sizes based on my training level, with lots of brown rice, lentils, quinoa, and sweet potato, and for breakfast, porridge and rye toast.”

He mentioned he eats a single meal during dinner hours that consist of green veggies, protein, and berries or dark chocolate for dessert.
But, on the weekends he said he doesn’t eat at all and only drinks water.
