    How many calories should I be eating on Omad?

    Don’t count calories to make sure you eat enough, unless you’re already quite thin. It’s kind of a different to everyone. Do one meal a day, watch the scale, watch how you feel, see if you’re getting the results you want. Adjust accordingly (eat less/eat more check calories of certain foods)

    One thing i want to mention here. All fat soluble vitamins needs fat for their absorption. Hence you better to take with fat containing meal.

    I have bowl of homemade cream veg soup followed by rib eye steak pan fried in butter with mushrooms with steamed broccoli,courgette,sugar snap peas drizzled with melted butter followed by Greek yogurt with added double cream with a few berries....I don't count calories but have been at my goal...

    How long has everyone been doing the omad diet?

    I've been doing Omad for about 4 months now. I've had some times when I've drifted off for a few days, but I have mostly kept the course. I've lost about 20 pounds already, so it does work.
