    I agree with you. Potatoes are a good substitute to rice. Like in the USA, they are not used to eating rice but they are used to eating mashed potatoes. What do you think contains more fat, potatoes or rice?

    I love working out early in the morning. Stretching out my body is very good for me in the morning. The reason I sleep early in the evening because I always workout when I woke up. That is my daily routine.

    Yes, workout duration is only 5-10 minutes. If you are working out for about an hour non-stop, you will suffer some injuries if you are not strong enough. Try working out as fast as you can. Rest periods between workout should be just 30 seconds to 1 minute only.

    What vitamins and supplements do you take everyday?

    I tried Enervon before but it always made me feel exhausted after a day. I don't know the reason so I changed my vitamins into Revicon. It helped me to have a good sleep always at night.
