Working out on one meal a day

I eat my meal at around 2 or 3 pm, and I usually work out 2 hours after, that way I don't feel as tired or sluggish if I workout in the morning without having eaten. I just brisk walk in the morning and do my workouts after eating in the afternoon.

Yup that's true! I do the same. One can get lazy enough to do exercise if there's no energy to begin with, so it's better to stuff your stomach first and later on can start with a favorite exercise and definitely have that energy to go on with exercise routines. I believe that a diet will surely work with exercise hand in hand than diet alone if a person is trying to lose weight.

Definitely, it's much better to have diet and exercise in combination rather than just one without the other. I personally feel like something's missing after being used to working out and dieting. I also tried to exercise on an empty stomach before and I just couldn't finish even half of the routine without being completely out of breath.

Certainly! You have to include exercise and diet for you to lose your weight easily. How will you lose weight if you are just sitting in a couch so you are not certainly burning calories.

I guess we really have to discipline ourselves and do some regular exercises even though we are following the OMAD diet. If we want to lose fat or weight, we have to have an active lifestyle or move our body and exercise to shed those extra fats.

In my case, I do diet with exercise. I feel also not losing weight with diet alone. I do jog and biking alternately every morning. I'm also going in the gym twice a week.

That I experienced as well, before I was trying to exercise without any food inside my stomach just to loose that belly fat and turns out I just feel tired with just 5 minutes passed and just being lazy not to continue with the routine so I ended up eating in the kitchen instead of exercising. The next morning I started eating something light first so then I could continue my exercise routine and finished it.

You're right about that! Discipline is the important thing that a person needs to have in order to fulfill something that is planned to achieve. Discipline plays an important role in our lives when it comes to anything that we want to reach or get. It's better to put our heart in everything that we love to do to see great results and be satisfied and feel accomplished.

If I eat less without fats I can lose weight without exercising. I suggest you have three meals a day, but eat more veggies, fruits and salads, yogurt and boiled meat or fish. You will harm your health eating once a day and when you will start to eat well again you risk to gain weight.
Please read the 'Myths about OMAD."

It's faster to lose weight if you exercise while dieting. It's also best to refrain from high impact exercises which tends to spend all of your energy. A low to medium impact exercise routine would be the best.
