Whey protein

I haven't really tried mixing whey protein to my drinks (or can it be on food also?). Can anyone here share their own experience about this? Thank you.

I tried consuming Whey Protein for some months, it was ON gold standard 5.5 lbs vanilla flavor. The flavor is good and it can be easily mixed. Immediately after my workout I consume 2 scoops mixed in a glass of water or any drink that you would like to mix it but make sure the glass contains 6 - 8 oz of water only. I can see see good results actually however I skip some days going to the gym that's why I never got the peak of the results but it's effective specially if you drink Creatine for your Pre-workout if you are doing strength program or a fat burner if your goal is for cutting.

Whey protein is very beneficial if taken with OMAD.

Numerous studies show that it can help you increase your strength and energy. The energy gained can assist in intermittent fasting.

One will gain muscle and lose significant amounts of body fat when using whey proteins.
