I am taking Revicon as my vitamin everyday. It helps me to have a tighter sleep and boosts me to have an energetic morning. This vitamin gives me double the strength I have and it strengthens my immune system. Before I took Revicon, I was a teenager who always have colds and cough but after taking it I become stronger and eventually colds and cough-free.

Hmmm.. I take supplements 1 hour after a meal and it's not every day, I only take it maybe 2 or 3 times a week depending on what type of day it is and if I'm gonna need a lot of energy. I have different kinds of supplements but I don't take it on a regular basis. Centrum is one and the others are just ascorbic acid and fish oil supplement. I make sure that every day I have one complete meal and some exercise routines.

I don't take any because I don't believe in any of them, personally. I think if I wanted more vitamins and minerals in my system I'd just switch to a better diet instead of just buying pills and I think that should be enough, but I do understand that for some people with less favorable situations it might be necessary so I think it's good that these products exist. I have started taking apple cider vinegar after my one meal per day as I've seen it recommended in one of the articles I read here but that's about it.

I only take vita-e everyday. I've read that it's good for hair and skin. It can help in lessening our wrinkles, make our skin glow, and make us feel younger (based on my experience, but it might be placebo effect only).

It's really good for skin health, hair and nails too same thing as taking Biotin, a supplement for skin, hair and nails. It's true that it can give you a radiant look and feeling fresh because of the Vitamin E that acts as an antioxidant to protect our cells from the damage caused by free radicals. Biotin on the other hand is one of the B complex vitamins and also known as Vitamin H and help aid in hair loss, it keeps skin, hair, nails, liver and our nervous system healthy.

I tried Enervon before but it always made me feel exhausted after a day. I don't know the reason so I changed my vitamins into Revicon. It helped me to have a good sleep always at night.

Sometimes our meals doesn't contain the required amount of vitamins that our body needs to be in good health condition, this is actually why it's important and encouraged to take vitamin supplements from time to time in order to help our body better.

Currently, I'm taking TRE - EN - EN Grain Concentrates. It provides the complete lipid and sterol profile of wheat, rice and soya. It's bottle contains 120 capsules.

The only vitamins that I take is vitamin C or ascorbic acid. But nowadays I usually take the non-acidic one called sodium ascorbate which is a little expensive than the usual one, but why should we limit ourselves to the lesser stuffs. The other food supplements that I take are moringga, turmeric, and VCO. All power house stuffs. All naturelle.

Don't tell that you are actually taking all of these vitamins at once. Won't they have some sort of side effects on your body when you take all of them at once? I wouldn't take more than 3 different vitamins at once in a day, this is actually why I rotate my vitamins intake from time to time.

Actually I do take them all at one time especially after breakfast and I feel ok with it. The other food supplements are actually just ginger and malunggay leaves that can be cooked with the food. Just take them in small amounts like 1/4 tsp to prevent diarhea, the only known side effects for these local food supplements.

Alright then, if you are taking those vitamins in such manner and they are not having any side effects on your body, then all is well. Just try and be very observant with yourself in order to spot out when there is any change that you didn't bargain for, so that you can do something about it immediately before it goes out of proportion.

Remember that if you are relying on getting all your vitamins from eating fruits, it's very important to eat combination of several fruits and not just one particular fruit. This is the only way to guarantee getting at least 80% of all the vitamins that your body needs from eating fruits.

I try to get most of my vitamins and minerals from the food that I eat, but these days you can never be too sure if you’re getting enough. The quality of a lot of our fruits and vegetables can be questionable, so it’s best to have a backup source of vitamins supplementing your diet.

I typically don’t complicate things too much, and simply take a daily multivitamin. If I’m experiencing muscle cramping or bouts of anxiety/sleeplessness, I also include magnesium supplements as part of my daily routine.

I don't normally take supplements unless my doctor advise me to. I just usually go for a complete meal just to make sure that i have a balance of every nutrients possible. But when i think i need to have a little boost, i always go to my doctor first just to be sure i'll have the right supplement and dosage.

It's best to consult your family doctor regarding on these supplements to be aware if you are taking other medications or vitamins and supplements or something herbal like as there are products and dosages that can't be inside your stomach at the same time because of their chemical composition. The doctor always know when and what vitamins and supplements can be good for you.
