Vitamin E Supplements

I've been taking Vitamin E caplets since I was in highschool and it gives a lot of health benefits including healthy skin, it's a very powerful antioxidant that slows the aging process of the cells.

Me, I am taking collagen as it has 7 benefits as I researched it here in internet. Aside from skin it will also benefit you to heal your gut and protects your brain. It will also prevent you from heart diseases and a lot more. I remember the first time I took collagen, since I have digestive problem or gastrointestinal disorder like gastritis and constipation before but constipation is still present, when I took collagen I think it helped me to flash my toxins with of course the help a lots of water intake.

I started taking vitamin E supplements and eating vitamin E rich foods ever since I noticed that my hair started falling out at a faster pace than I was comfortable with. At one point I started to think that maybe it was just genetics and that there wasn’t really much I could do about it.

I’m glad that I was wrong. Ever since I started including more vitamin E in my diet, not only has my hair been thicker and healthier, but my skin has been looking nicer and my nails have been harder. Vitamin E is pretty essential, as are all vitamins.

I would still prefer the natural source of vitamin E. Supplements are added by some ingredients that are not really helpful with our body. Vitamin E is a vitamin that dissolves in fat. It is found in many foods including vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and wheat germ oil.

I also agree with this, there are lots of food that contain vitamin E and all of them are found easily in the market. But if taking supplements is recommended by a doctor, i think it's wise to continue the supplement.
It's true, We can take supplement as long as it is prescribed by our doctor. But it would still be better to avoid it if can. Eating something and enjoying that delicious taste while gaining that natural vitamin is a lot more fun than taking supplement in one take lol.

Like you, I would also like to get the vitamins from natural food because the natural way is the safest and probably the cheapest. I am not really aware of vitamin E and I want to thank you for posting such food items that supply us of vitamin E. We regularly eat meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits so I guess I have no problem with vitamin E for now.

I have heard that Vitamin E is a brilliant supplement for you. I know that it is great for your hair and your skin. I try to get its benefits through eating food that is rich in Vitamin E like avacadoes and eggs. But I think that it may be a good idea to have the supplement especially if you have a problem with your skin and your hair. I also recommend it for anti-aging, The problem these days is that they are so many vitamins out there. You just don't know what to have. I try to have a multi-vitamin and a prenatal vitamin, because though I'm not pregnant it has all the vitamins that your body requires to be healthy.

I prefer eating fruits or other natural food to get the vitamins that are needed by my body. I always eat apples, oranges, avocado, and custard apple (guyabano). I'm not very familiar with vitamin E. I only know that it is very beneficial to our eyes.

I'm not taking in Vitamin E orally but I use a moisturizer with this vitamin. I've heard that it doesn't really do much benefit because it cannot really penetrate the skin though. So I think that I get it from the food I eat. The reason why I'm not taking vitamins or supplements is that I'm forgetful.

It's very good taking vitamins supplements because there is no way of getting all the vitamins our body need from the food we alone. So, we need the vitamins supplements to help and boost out vitamins levels. The good thing about taking vitamins supplements is that you can take it everyday without any problems.

I dont know if my body has a problem with Vitamin E but whenever I drink that supplemen, I usually experience breakouts. Not just simple breakout but major breakout. They say that it is good for the skin but for me, it has adverse effect. I also feel super sleepy whenever I take vitamin E. Anyone here who also experience adverse effect to vitamin E?

Vitamin E Supplements are great they have a rejuvenating effect on the skin. If you drink it daily then your skin will begin to heal and you would look younger and healthier.

It is the opposite for me. I usually dont have people. But like what I have said in my comment, I experience advers effects my skin. Instead of becoming rejuvenated and healthier skin, I experience BREAK OUTS. I guess, vitamin E is not for me

Some people have been reported to have adverse effects of contact dermatitis from drinking vitamin E. This means vitamin E is really not for everyone and it's imperative to consult your doctor at the first sign of such symptoms.

That is true Vitamin E slows the aging process of the cells but it also has some side effects as a hemorrhagic stroke if we abuse taking this vitamin, this is why doctors say to take vitamin e naturally from food.

I would rather get vitamin E in food than in supplement form. Some nuts are rich in vitamins E and is also good for the skin. Yes I belong to those who experience adverse effects when taking synthetics vitamin supplement

I have always loved to take good that contains vitamin E because of its health benefits Vitamin E helps to protect the body's cell from damages especially from free radicals and of course also act as antioxidants.I try to consume it more as I'm aging it will help keep wrinkles at bay and give me the needed youthful looks.

I don't take Vitamin E specifically. I'm really bad about taking vitamin pills. I try to get my vitamins in my food and drink. But I do know that Vitamin E has many health benefits and in particular it's great for healthy skin. It can even heal your skin if you have a bruise or scar.

Vitamin E helps with keeping our skin looking young. I've found it helpful for preventing premature aging. It lessens the effects of stress and daily living. I know a friend who has used it for more than five years. I can say it definitely kept her looking vibrant. She still looks like she's in her 20's. She's actually in her late 30's right now.
