I've been taking Vitamin E caplets since I was in highschool and it gives a lot of health benefits including healthy skin, it's a very powerful antioxidant that slows the aging process of the cells.
It's true, We can take supplement as long as it is prescribed by our doctor. But it would still be better to avoid it if can. Eating something and enjoying that delicious taste while gaining that natural vitamin is a lot more fun than taking supplement in one take lol.I also agree with this, there are lots of food that contain vitamin E and all of them are found easily in the market. But if taking supplements is recommended by a doctor, i think it's wise to continue the supplement.
Like you, I would also like to get the vitamins from natural food because the natural way is the safest and probably the cheapest. I am not really aware of vitamin E and I want to thank you for posting such food items that supply us of vitamin E. We regularly eat meat, eggs, vegetables and fruits so I guess I have no problem with vitamin E for now.I would still prefer the natural source of vitamin E. Supplements are added by some ingredients that are not really helpful with our body. Vitamin E is a vitamin that dissolves in fat. It is found in many foods including vegetable oils, cereals, meat, poultry, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and wheat germ oil.

It is the opposite for me. I usually dont have people. But like what I have said in my comment, I experience advers effects my skin. Instead of becoming rejuvenated and healthier skin, I experience BREAK OUTS. I guess, vitamin E is not for meVitamin E Supplements are great they have a rejuvenating effect on the skin. If you drink it daily then your skin will begin to heal and you would look younger and healthier.

I would rather get vitamin E in food than in supplement form. Some nuts are rich in vitamins E and is also good for the skin. Yes I belong to those who experience adverse effects when taking synthetics vitamin supplementSome people have been reported to have adverse effects of contact dermatitis from drinking vitamin E. This means vitamin E is really not for everyone and it's imperative to consult your doctor at the first sign of such symptoms.
