So What's on the Menu for the Day?

Today I decided I'm going to try a New Meditteranean Restaurant here in town. I've always liked this kind of food, so I guess I will swing over and try it out.

Treating myself to a steak today. I am very proud of how much weight loss I have achieved. Time to fire up the grill!

Normally I would take tea in the morning, and sometimes it would be just lipton drink alone. Then in the afternoon, I might try some carbohydrates meal. For example, rice or yam portage.

Every night is reserved for fruits eating alone. I think that the fruits are helpful in getting me healthy and not feeling too heavy in the morning.

My dinner was Roasted Chicken and 2 cups of rice with Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Salad. It was so filling and refreshingly delicious. It's also a very healthy meal although I used light mayo for the dressing of the salad.

I had grilled salmon with broccoli and quinoa! Salmon without a doubt is probably my favorite protein source, I find that it benefits my health in so many ways - those Omega 3's, I'm sure. I also find it easier to digest than red meat, and it's cheaper where I live than red meat is as well.

I've been eating practically the same thing every day because I've got all the calories and nutrients planned out, but it has been getting a bit stale after a while.

I start off the morning with an oatmeal, banana, and peanut butter smoothie, washed down with a cup of coffee. Then, I break out my bread board and begin the process of making fresh udon noodles. I make the noodles, combine them with some chicken broth, and throw in some freshly diced vegetables and two beaten eggs. It's basically some mishmash udon/egg drop noodle soup. That is usually the main course.

Then for dessert I wrap things up with a bowl of mixed fruit and a glass of fresh vegetable juice, and that's that for the day.

It's always better to have a light breakfast because it's good for you body and it wouldn't make you feel too heavy in order to be agile in carrying out your days activities. Tea seems to be have been the best bet for me for a while now and it's very good for because it makes me thirst for water and not feel hungry too soon.

I like to do this too. I know many recommend not watching food shows since it makes you crave more, and I guess sometimes that really is true for me too but most times I get to at least satisfy my cravings that way in some weird way. Today I ate sausage breakfast and eggs from McDonald's with some chicken nuggets. I usually have fruits with my meals but sometimes we don't have any in stock and I'm too lazy to go out and buy it. In the near future I, hoping to make my meals a little healthier and smaller.

Because I feel like cooking today, I prepared myself a baked chicken breast and steam colli flower. I think it is still considerably to eat meat once in a while.
