I have been wondering if I take multivitamins, bone broth and Apple Juice whether I will be eating extra than one meal a day. People who go to the moon often take tablets for food.
Will it not mean am eating extra than one meal if any time I feel hungry I take a multivitamin or broth or apple juice? As much as it is a supplement, it can be deviated for wrong purposes. Elaborate on this.
I have been using this organic food supplement made from various powdered herbs that gives Vitamin C and B+. They always disclaim their medicinal effects though. But these supplements have always worked for me, as though they aid my hunger pangs as well. I consume my coffe from the same company. They use stevia, instead sugar, so they claim it is a lot healthier than regular 3-n-1 coffees.
