OMAD Is Healty Update

I have decided to post my logs when I started to track my progress. Keep in mind that I started to keep track after 6 months in to OMAD as I started to see changes. My starting Weight was 265lbs And I started On April 14th of 2017. I know its recommended but did not start excising until the beggining of March of this year.

I would see the progress first or if you want to see for yourself how your doing I would check randomly, but good luck.....
