Thank you, Jimmy! Fibrous foods will really help. I heard from a friend that drinking apple cider vinegar (with the mother) with an empty stomach suppressed her appetite and she had lesser food intake throughout the day. Have you tried this? Thank you.
 
I have read many articles online which try to give some names of food as hunger suppressants I have tried a lot out but groundnut or peanut seem to work better for me, I eat a handful of it, take some water and I'm okay for a long while.it works for me all the time someone can try it out.
 
Sorry for this reply folks, but why should I suppress something natural such as having a good appetite. The french have an expression, before any meal, that goes, " Bon Appetit!" When I start to suppress my appetite, I believe that expression will have no meaning anymore.
