How Will I Take My Multivitamins?

I think it is high time that I take multivitamins with my OMAD. Can you prescribe for me what type to take? How do I take them? I do not think of seeing a physician.

You can buy all vitimins and minerals over the counter, but i generally find that one that does everything in one hit really helps me :) I also supplement with vitamin d, Omega 3-6-9

I think this Omega 3-6-9 can be a good supplement . Am wondering what 3-6-9 is. I know it is the quantity of vitamins in it. What vitamins are 3, what are 6 and 9? That will solve my queries on omega 3-6-9.

The prescriptions are written on the packet, I presume.

A complete multivitamins will do good with OMAD. In our country there is this multivitamins that has complete Vit. A to Zinc. Try to find that same quantity of vitamins in your country. Choose any time and make it a habit to take the multivitamins one per day. It will not ruin or be hindrance with your diet.

I think multivitamins will really supplement your need for vitamins and minerals. It is usually taken once a day. I can also say that it is good for those on an OMAD diet because it can help you acquire the necessary nutrients that our body needs. However, if one doesn't want to spent their money, you can also opt to eat fruits and vegetable in your meal. It is a lot more cheaper and it is the natural way of acquiring the necessary nutrients that we need.

In my opinion, taking multivitamins could be incorporated with OMAD as it supplies necessary vitamins to our body. Since we are eating one meal a day, our body is in need of nutrients that we used to intake before and multivitamins can help us stabilize it. You can drink it after your meal so that you're not hungry and your body could absorb more of the nutrients.

Any multivitamins are good in Omad. Best way to know what type is go to your doctor. Because we have different bodies, it doesn't mean you can have what we have. Let the doctor prescribe you the right supplement you need. Don't just ask non professionals like us.

I also like to have such decisions as per the recommendations of a physician since they have been used to handling my body and they know my requirements as per the moment.

I think it better to ask a professional regarding the multivitamins that you should take. We have different needs and different state of our bodies. Usually when I take my multivitamins it would be before sleeping because some vitamins can cause you to feel sleepy all the time. I've experienced this before with my last multivitamins.

There is this vitamins A capsule that is being sold over the counter which is pretty fine. Alternatively, it is necessary for you to start buying things like multivitamins capsules as well since they are pretty cheap to purchase.

If you take a good multi-vitamin supplement, then you should at least be getting the basic requirements of the most important vitamins; but that does not necessarily mean that you are getting as much as your body needs of any certain nutrient.
Our body sometimes uses more of a vitamin or mineral than it does at other times, and some people just have requirements for different amounts of any vitamin supplement.
The dosage is called “MDR”, which is minimum daily requirement; so this only means that you are getting enough of each nutrient to keep you from having a deficiency of that nutrient, and not that you are getting the optimal amount that your body needs.
Vitamin C is a good example. When you are coming down with a cold or virus infection, your body will use HUGE amounts of vitamin C. If I think I might be getting a cold, I take 1,000mg of vitamin C, every 2 hours, every hour that I am awake, and extra before I go to bed at night.
On regular days, when I don’t have a cold, 1,000 mg might be all that I need for the whole day. So our requirements can differ a lot each day, depending on what we eat and what our overall health is like, as well as how much we exercise.
