How Effective are those Fat Loss products?

I haven't tried taking weight loss supplements. I prefer the old fashioned way, exercise and diet. Taking weight loss supplements from what I know has more potential in doing harm than good in the long run. I have a friend who develop dependence on the pill. She gets fat if she stops taking the weight loss pill. Also, it's better if we all try to go for the organic as possible. Pills are made up of chemicals which is harmful to the body.

I Have to agree that natural is still the best but for others who don't have time for drinking teas and doing a lot of exercise then dieting while taking some reducing pills prescribed by a dietician or a doctor can help to achieve weight-loss.
 
I think the natural way of losing weight is more safer than taking supplements. I don't really reoy on that products. Because some people say that if your body is not compatible with it, you will gain more weight instead. So I do the natural one, exercise and diet.
 
Fat loss product are not that effective if you don't workout everyday. It's more healthier to loss fat the natural way. It doesn't mean you should workout for a long hours but just make it a habit to have at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. Avoid those fatty voids but instead go with fruits and vegetables.
 
Just like me as I am afraid of taking those products that promise magic when it comes to losing weight. I always prefer to do omad instead of buying such kind of products on weight loss.
I totally agree with you. I have nothing against those supplements but I really believe that it's best for us to lose weight using the natural way. I mean OMAD + exercising will really results to healthier and fitter version of ourselves.
 
Im not really big fan into consuming weight lost supplement Im not saying that its a bad to take a weight lost supplement but I rather to lost weight in a natural way. I am drinking alot of protein milk with my OMAD and also working out everyday. Consuming weight lose is good with a healthy diet and exercise but many people nowadays consuming it without any participation in it like "oh well im taking a weight lose pill I dont really need to work out or diet anymore".
 
Well I Don't Buh Fat Loss Products and I Don't Think They Are Safe Because I Saw alot of Video That There's Side Effect of Taking Fat Loss Products and i Don't Trust Any Fat Loss Products Even its Original or For Free Because its Better When You Try Natural Diet And Natural Exercise So We Can Loss Some's of Our Weight.
 
Not just this fast loss supplement but every supplements we are taking to make a good shape body also requires an exercise and healthy diet. With out them taking supplementary drugs will be useless.
 
I have heard others say the brand you take is effective. However, I also have heard that once the illegal ingredient was forced to be taken out in the succeeding batches it wasn't as effective anymore. I wouldn't put much dependence or trust in these products, personally, because I think it is unlikely you will have any long term effects with them. Even if you are able to keep your weight down in the short term, you will still most likely gain the weight back once you stop taking the pills. A more effective way is really to change lifestyle and diet.

I totally agree. I've seen others struggle with dependence on such supplements. And eventually the effects don't last. Even if they keep taking it, their body kind of becomes immune to it.
