Heartburn :(

Thats another option. Drinking plenty of water can reduce someones heartburn but in your mothers case. Its acidic enough that even water cant neutralize it. Im fobd of drinking water. Maybe thats why every illness i have can be reduced by water alone.

I'm glad that there a drug that helps in getting the heartburn to cool off and stop disturbing her. When she started developing symptoms of that heartburn, she was always restless until she was finally diagnosed with a heartburn before she went for proper treatment and now she is perfectly healthy.

Coffee is one of the most common culprits of acid reflux (heartburn), and it's generally recommended to avoid drinking it especially when you're experiencing such symptoms and when you're on this diet.

That's good news to hear that you don't feel any heartburn own. Just try and monitor yourself well and see how it reacts from now onwards.

Also try and cut eating protein food because it's causes the heartburn as well. I knew that from my mother's case. She literally had to stop eating anything that contains protein.

Instead of water try drinking milk and the pain would go away. I experienced this also and a friend told me to drink a lot of milk and the heartburn disappeared. So whenever I drink coffee I put a lot of milk and i also drink whole milk when I'm dieting.

I believe heartburn is caused by some food we eat and indigestion as well,so it better you watch your diet and enable whatever triggers it to be avoided or taken minimally.you can continue with taking more water and fresh fruits to reduce its incessant.

I think it would be better if you visit your doctor and ask about this problem. If it keep happening on you maybe there is something wrong to your health and need a advice from the expert. So that you treat it well and properly.

Alcohol,Coffee, Acidic fruits like Oranges and Grapefruits as well as Spicy and Fatty may cause Heartburn or Acid Reflux. A good and simple cure for heartburn is to to change your diet.

I understand the heartburn because that’s the problem of my husband. In fact, I had brought him to the hospital once and to a doctor’s clinic also once when he felt like having a bloated stomach that he had difficulty in breathing. In the last time that it occurred, he was forced to quit smoking because he thought he was having a mild heart attack. Anyway, heartburn is usually caused by over eating. But for me, I could a lot without heartburn symptoms.

Normally, even without having a heartburn issue, when ever you take too much alcohol, once you woke up the next morning, both your throat and heart will be very dried and hot. This shows you how bad it's going to affect your health when you have such health problems and still go on to take alcoholic beverages.

Yes, this is common, it happened to me as well, apple cider vinegar is very good to treat the heartburn.

I haven't used apple cider vinegar to treat my mother's heartburn, but having read a lot about how good the use of apple cider vinegar when it comes to treating this heartburn, I'm definitely going to give it a trial and see how it goes with stopping and taking care of this problem for my mother.

Exactly, you have a very good point about the way to go about one's health problems. The doctors are there as professionals to help us tackle our health problems and treat them well before it gets out of hand. I'm fully in support of getting a professional help.

Well, I don't think that a particular food causes heartburn but a particular food nutrient makes it worse when you already have the health problem. Protein makes heartburn worse, it's always advised to cut down the amount of protein one eats on daily basis once you have heartburn.

Heartburn is one of the most annoying health problem one can ever experience. It will discomfort you all day long. You can't eat well, breath well, relax or even sleep well. Luckily for me, I haven't suffered this health problem but my mother does and I feel every pain she goes through.

I do agree that drinking alcoholic beverages more so strong liquor incorrectly will make your insides all dried up. That's why it's important to chase your liquor with a lot of water or juices. Whenever I drink gin or vodka I would always chase it with either cranberry juice or lemon and orange juice. After the chase I would drink some water too. This would prevent your throat and insides from drying out.

Exactly, if you dilute your drink with either water or cranberry juice or lemon and orange juice, it's most likely going to help your system adjust well without leaving you fully dried out in the morning on waking up. It's even better to take a bottle of water once you are done with your drinks, it will help keep you hydrated all through the night.
